Genshin impact?

I have a question and I've been playing Genshin Impact for about 2 weeks (I'm Adventure Level 22) and the multiplayer mode doesn't work properly or it says there's a new client version and I should register again. However, I don't know if my acc will be lost. If I log off there someone can help me haha - play on the ps4

That's all Right. As with many games, you have to have the latest version in order to play online.

As a rule, however, you should also be able to update the game without logging out, a restart is usually sufficient.

If you do, have your login details ready
(I guess your PS4 account).

But you can also restore them,
if you have saved an email address.

Since everything is stored on servers, you won't lose any progress by logging out - don't worry!
