Twitch on Hisense TV?

So I bought a Hisense TV is also smart TV so youtube and Netflix everything works but I can't download a Twitch so I can't find it and it doesn't work on the Internet either. My question can you watch e.g. Chromecast or Twitch with any device?

That could be streamed from the smartphone to the TV, or via an Amazon Fire TV Stick and Google Chromecast Stick
