Accept Rocket League License Agreement switch?

Me and a friend want to play rocket league together on ps4, she is on switch and whenever we start a round it says that it doesn't work because she would not have accepted the license agreement although she did that. But if she starts an online round alone, it works. Does anyone know what we can do with it going?

Delete and reinstall. Of course, she needs to know her account details in order to log in again. I think that would be an option
