Plants vs zombies GW1 transfer game from ps3 to ps4?

Back then I got Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare for the PS3 and came very far there. Now I've had a PS4 for a long time where I got the game. But now I don't know whether you can get or transfer the score from the Ps3 to the Ps4. Is that possible?

No is not possible. At least not as possible that it works.

When the game itself doesn't dictate it and there are only a handful of them to my knowledge
