Reactivate Family Manager?

My son managed to clear my account (I'm family manager) on the PS4 pro. I can still restrict its activities over the Internet, but I can't get on the PS4. So I can't create a new user. I have created a new user and assigned it to the family. This new one is also not visible when switching on the PS4. Only the "child account" and the "new user" field appear, but you can't activate it because my son is a child. How can I log back into PS4 as a family manager?
