I bought Rocket League back then. And when it was now played for free on PC via Epic Games (linked to the Psn account where it was purchased). I received the legazy items on the account on the PC. Now I accidentally unlinked the Epic Games Account and PSN Account (Legazy Items gone back to Epic Account). If I now link the accounts again, will I get the items again?

If a PSN account has already been linked to an Epic account, you can't always use this one account on this account. Even if you unlink you can't link any other PSN account. Always only what you had before.
