I would like to buy a few games (e.g. Ps4 or Switch games) from America. Maybe more in the future. How do you import games from America or where can you get them. I saw on eBay there are a few but unfortunately not the ones I need.

There are different Ebay sites. If you log into Ebay America or what that means, you will surely find the games you are looking for. Of course you have to make sure that they also send things outside of the USA.
By the way, paying with PayPal works very well for foreign currencies. It works without any problems.
You can buy in the USA and have it delivered to D (you need to check with the dealer)
however, customs duties and import sales tax will then still be due

What do you mean by indexed? Exactly but I'm looking for which dealer sends to de and where you can best order the games.

So if you want to become a video game collector I would use Ebay then you search for the game and you can import it.
I'm not sure about the customs regulations. For small amounts or if this is declared as a "gift" I don't think anything is due but no guarantee.
If the item including shipping is more expensive than 20 euro, customs will of course be added
