PS4 antenna broken?

My PS4 always loses control of the controller, I can't do anything with the headphones, it always rustles and leaks. I can only play when I hold the controller very close to the ps4.

Can someone help with the antenna? Is that junk? Is it just bent?

Could it be that (see picture 3) the wire is torn off? The soldered strands are not in line with those on the cable.
