Did he hack me?

I just streamed on Twitch, I'm still very unknown, then came a guy who said he hacked my IP and my Twitch, he wrote in some numbers that Twitch censored, so I can't judge whether it is really my IP was, I just often make the error and tab out of my game and then you see my PC screen, I once heard somewhere that you can hack PCs when you see the PC screen… Is that correct?

You can't be hacked through the screen, only if your IP or something similar is already there.

There are a few games and such on the desktop but nothing more
