How can I install alerts in Twitchstream?

Today I have a tricky situation, because I want to install on Twitch Alerts, I have only an Apple IPad Pro (11, 2018) and a Ps4.

So I would like to show notifications on the screen during the stream, you know, you win something and then you want the stream eg. A fireworks can be seen. I've encountered some hurdles, such as Exclusively English pages and therefore I ask here now, as I do the stupidest, even just a lettering that appears when I press a key.

I can't imagine that something like this is not possible, because not every streamer has a tool open all the time while gambling or even has a whole laptop next to it.
