You should not run after any hype, if you just stream something to take views and not because you enjoy it, that does not bother you.

Personally, I'm Minecraft fan, but you can just talk about interesting things or play other awesome games. Do something that will give you pleasure and your viewers will notice how much fun you have on streaming.

If you are female: hold a section in the cam and beg for donations. Do loose 5-10k a month.
