Convert Xbox child account to adult account?

I wanted to connect my xbox account to twitch so that I could secure the twitch drops at Sea of thieves. However, it did not work…
I then went into the settings on my Xbox one and saw that I have a child account and that it didn't work because of that.
However, I have not found a point where you could convert your account…
