Change XBOX name (not gamertag)?

I wanted to ask if you can change the name of the XBOX, which is e.g. Displayed when you check who is connected to the Wi-Fi

There's a possibility that you could be banned forever. If you know enough people to report your gamertag then Microsoft will force you to do it. This is how you could secure your points and your friends.
