Xbox Download Codes 'Token Not Supported'?

Have a subtle problem. I can't redeem a download code that I bought on ebay and can't find the error. The seller is very serious and answers my questions quickly and well, XBox Support has not yet been able to make a clear statement. I always get a message

"Read the information that came with your code. It may need to be redeemed on another website

Token not supported

And here is an error code with date and time "

have already tried entering the error code (if there's one), but this is not understandable.

Now the real question, I have changed my security information (email address) and that takes 1 month for Microsoft to take effect. Could it be because of that? With the help of this "Token not supported", the support said that the code was not yet activated, but the seller said he could redeem the code himself, which in turn means that it is activated.

Has anyone ever had problems or is someone familiar with the solution?

Return the thing doesn't work. I wouldn't trust anyone anyway if that wasn't an official one, especially in these times.

I recently had the same problem, but then saw in the email that there was an Internet address where the code had to be redeemed. I think it's redeem.microsoft.com but I'm not 100% sure.
