Forza Horizon 4 take over the game from the XBOX Gamepass?

I currently play a lot of Forza Horizon 4, because the XBOX Game Pass Ultimate is so cheap, if the 3 months are up and I buy the game individually, will my game status be retained?

All saved games are retained. As soon as you purchase the game or a further term of the GamePass, you can continue playing seamlessly.
