Good scuf controllers for beginners?

I'm currently looking for a cheap Scuf controller (Xbox). Can someone tell me whether a fusion pro controller is good for beginners?

I don't have an Xbox but for PC I could recommend the Scuf Impact and I would also wait for the new generation to come out

Otherwise, I've heard a lot of good things about the Razer controller, like Nacon.

Was very happy with my King Controller and Curved Paddles myself. Now only drive with scufgaming, from that I switched to PC.
