Transfer saved games from Xbox to PC (Windows 10)?

Since I would like to sell my Xbox, I wonder if I can transfer my Forza Horizon 4 game data to my PC. Similar to when I transfer data from PS4 to PS4. Is that possible?

Yes, this is possible. Simply log in with the same Microsoft account and go, provided you have the Play anywhere variant of the game.

Yes, it says on PC, Standard Edition is already purchased and Play anywhere is there too.

Then you can simply download it, as I said, your game status should be synchronized automatically, I recommend testing this before the XBOX is given away.
