I wanted to ask Mal how far the switch is currently with homebrew. Is a PS2 or Wii emulation already possible and playable?
And if the switch is not ready yet. Is it even possible to emulate something fluid and how long will it take?

No, consoles like PS2 and Wii will never run smoothly. The switch does not even manage to emulate a DS fluently. However, it is good for emulating GBA and older consoles. What you can do is if you have a PC with decent performance there has an emulator run and with InHomeSwitching the PC with the switch remotely and then play games on the emulator.
A pity.
