I got 2 accs from my buddy.
he doesn't play fortnite anymore and didn't know exactly what was on the acc's. That's why I looked myself. Since I've always stayed on my own acc, I didn't know how to log out of fortnite.
I then watched YouTube videos and everything worked great. Until I wanted to look at the second acc. The man in the YouTube video said I should cut the connection between my fortnite acc and ps4 acc via the epic games website, which I did. The problem is that I can no longer link any other fortnite acc to the ps4. It occurred to me that I still have my Nintendo Switch and logged on with the second acc to look at the acc first. The problem now is that I just can't play properly on switch (30 fps and so) that's why I would prefer to have the acc that is currently on my switch on my ps4. Swap once, so to speak. The problem is that I can't get into fortnite with the acc that is currently running on my switch. My problem now is that the better acc runs on the switch and the worse one on the ps4 and I can't manage to swap it once. By the way, when I logged on to the epic games page when I logged out of my main acc, it said that I now somehow can't link any other acc to it. I didn't really think about it and followed the steps from the video.
In addition, I have already created a new ps4 acc in the hope that I will need a ps4 acc for an epic games acc, but unfortunately that didn't work either.
I would be really happy about an answer because I'm really desperate.
The best thing to do is to complain to epic games, but they can't be saved anyway.
