Can I still rescue my GTA CD?

I have a problem with my GTA V CD for the Ps4. Unfortunately it has a few scratches and I tried to fix this problem with toothpaste, water etc. Whenever I want to play GTA it says "The CD can't be read. Check whether the CD is damaged or dirty." I've searched the internet a lot but haven't found anything that helps. It always stops at 40-50% when loading GTA. I ask for help.

The CD is just a data carrier, apparently the files are damaged from 40% and there's nothing you can do about it

Well how are you going to fix a CD? There are these small grooves and they can't be easily repaired.
