I was just about to pay for a game from the e-shop with PayPal. After paying, the e-shop keeps crashing. I also get this error message
"An error occurred while using Paypal. Please try again.

It may be that the shop is overloaded. Take a look directly in your PayPal account to see if everything is ok or, if necessary, in your e-mail inbox.

So you should call there.

So everything is fine with my PayPal account and there's nothing in my mailbox either
OK then it actually seems to be overload.
I haven't had a particularly good experience with PayPal's customer service. The service is anything but competent. They certainly won't be able to help me because most of them don't even know what the e-shop is

Can also be due to the payment process, i.e. The PayPal site was just overloaded. Just try again.
