New 3DS, CFW still formatted?

For sale, I wanted to remove my Nintendo ID from the 3DS and formatted it via the settings of the device.

Of course I did not think about the CFW.

Does anyone know if they are still on it? I think the CFW was called Luma. The version is 11.9.0-42E.

Can I somehow check that?

With me, I believe all downloaded apps have probably not been deleted

The apps. Are gone, the CFW but still on it.
