I downloaded "Let's Sing 2020" for my Nintendo Switch and it worked great. When I downloaded "Let's Sing 2019", the game gave the error code: 2306-0502 when I started the software. The Internet says that this is due to the Internet connection. According to the settings, I actually have a WLAN connection with my switch, but still restarted the console. Did not work. Also restarting the router did not help.
And what's even more annoying is that the same error message is now always displayed in "Let's Sing 2020".
I really don't know what to do…
Never had that before but found it:
Lets Sing reinstall or reset the switch if you have the opportunity to go to a friend or, if you like, to the next McDonalds and try whether it works, if so then you can be sure that it has something to do with your in-house internet line, if you don't have to write to Nintendo Support or Lets Sing Support.
