Connected my nintendo wii to my monitor. Is working. But what can you do that you can hear the sound. Is it possible to attach a loudspeaker box to the monitor so that it can also make sounds? I have a simple Acer monitor. And bluetooth via a simple monitor does not work either
It depends on the monitor.
If this has internal loudspeakers, it should usually play the sound if a connection is used that also enables audio transmission. If necessary, check the monitor settings to see if you have to change anything there.
There are also audio extractors that can be used to tap the audio signal. You can then also connect speakers to the audio extractor.
The audio extractor is then connected between the Nintendo Wii and the monitor.
Otherwise, the Nintendo Wii has a cable with it that ends with three plugs (red, white and money). This is usually plugged into a SCART adapter.
The red and white ends are for the audio signal. With an appropriate adapter / cable you can also connect speakers here.
