Can I send a Nintendo game by post?

I forgot my Nintendo game at a friend's house a month ago and accidentally took hers with me. We want to exchange them back, is it possible with a normal envelope? When you wrap the loose game in toilet paper or something and send it in an envelope? Or can it break somehow?
