I got the Switch Pro Controller about 5 weeks ago, which used to work normally. Used it before, when suddenly the left stick began to squeak and knartschen. The noise only occurs when I move the stick left and left down and it moves a bit more cumbersome in these directions. In all other directions he behaves as usual.
What can I do about it? Is a very annoying noise while playing and the stick can't be moved comfortably. Can I just go to the dealer where I bought the controller (MM) and this repaired then (of course with cash register)? Or does that make Nintendo's customer service free?

Just swap it for where you swapped it, and even if Nintendo is responsible for it, it will be done by them.
