Load Paysafe credit on Nintendo e Shop?

I received 2 10 euro Paysafe card gift 2 weeks ago. I was about to redeem it but the code is supposed to be invalid. I then checked the code on the Paysafe page and it is still valid. Now my question is whether it is a bugg somehow or whether you can load Paysafe credit onto the switch at all.

I think that only works with Nintendo prepaid cards. Or just paypal, credit card
