PS4 No Man's Sky Account on PC?

I have a No Man's Sky account on my PS4 with around 200 hours of play. But now I play on my PC and would like to have this account there too. If I buy No Man's Sky on Steam, can I transfer the account to the PC? If not, can I somehow load it onto a stick or something similar?
