Ps4 replacement code?

I have a problem and I can't apply for the replacement code because it uses the current code which it sends to my old number as an SMS. Only I don't have the old number anymore! It says to get it I have to go to Account Management but to get there I have to enter the code first. That doesn't make any sense at all! What should I do now?
