I bought a new controller because my old one was broken and the right stick pulls up like that but not because there's dirt in it or so I can steer against it but it pulls upwards more than I can pull down. What can I do?
You can try recalibrating them. To do this, do the following:
Make sure the PS4 is off. At the back of the controller is a small recess with the reset button, which you hold down with a needle for at least 10 seconds.
Then press both sticks and hold them down for at least 30 seconds.
Then turn both sticks 5 times clockwise and 5 times counterclockwise and then hold them down again for 30 seconds.
If necessary, the exact process will also be shown on YouTube.
This doesn't always fix the problems, but is well worth a try. This fixed the stick drift on my controller.
