USB stick not recognized by PlayStation 5?

I've been trying to transfer my video clips from my PlayStation 5 to my Leef IBridge USB stick for about 2 hours. The USB stick is new and works both on my PC and on my mobile phone… Nevertheless, the Playstation 5 does not accept the USB stick. What can I do so that I can transfer my videos & pictures to the USB stick or do I need a special USB stick?

You may need to format it appropriately. I don't have in mind which file format the PS needs.

Already tried… Strangely, it still doesn't work.
