Can you log into Fortnite yourself with your Von der Ps4 account?

I'm logged into the Ps4 with my Fortnite account (logged in with Ps4 account), but I want to switch to a PC. Can I then log into Fortnite with my Ps4 account on my PC?

PS: When I log in to the Epic site with a Ps4 account, there's a different email than my Ps4 email. But I also got a new email for Ps4.

Yes, you can click Sign Up Epic Games when signing in through PlayStation Network

So you will be redirected to the PlayStation Network. If you have to register, you will be redirected to Eppic and can play Fortnite

Ok, thanks because yesterday I tried it on a laptop and there was a field with email and password but then I clicked Sign in with an Epic account.

And I don't remember my old email that is on the Epic site.
