Nintendo Account hacked. Epic account disconnected from Switch?

I have a huge problem.
on the weekend my Nintendo Account was hacked. The hacker separated my Epic Account from my Nintendo Account. And then this hacker connected his (Russian) Epic account to my Nintendo Account.

Now I still have my epic account, but I can no longer trade with it via the switch, so I can't play Fortnite etc. When I log into Fortnite, I get into the Russian hacker's account.

I've already contacted epic and Nintendo. Unfortunately, Nintendo doesn't respond at all, so I'll call you directly tomorrow.

Unfortunately, epic has extremely poor customer service. I was now looked after by 3 "customer advisors" alternately. Nobody understands the problem (I suspect that only computer programs write with me here).

I've broken the link to epic several times at Nintendo. When I try to link via epic, I still see that the Nintendo Account is already linked.

who has ever had this problem or can help me? Unfortunately, not much can be expected from Nintendo and epic.

With such a problem, Nintendo will stay out of the way. Epic Games is responsible for this. What exactly happens when you log into epicgames.com and then disconnect the Nintendo Account in the settings and connect your own? Then it should actually work

So… So my friend got it right.

We're on the side of Epic and have not logged in via the email address, but logged in via the switch account. This gave us automatic access to the hacker account in Epic. In this account we have disconnected the connection to the switch.
so I could then log out of Epic and then log in again using my normal email address. There I connected the switch to my Epic account.
so the problem is solved
