Fix Spotify error on Playstation 4?

For some time my Spotify on the PS4 does not work anymore. Whenever I start the application, the Spotify logo appears and a short time later, an ever-long error code that changes every time. I also checked the internet, uninstalled the application and downloaded it again. Nothing helps. Does anyone know the problem or a solution?
