Error message 2002-0001
Helloou,
My Nintendo Switch shows me this error message immediately or after a short while as soon as I download and install games from the e-shop. I've already called the service center once and was told that the console had to be returned and repaired (as this was described as a software error and they said that a new operating system should be loaded).
The games I downloaded from the e-shop were My Hero Academia Once Justice 2 Deluxe and Sword Art Online, after which I got the error messages. Dead by Daylight, a game I bought additionally, downloaded the file, but then showed the same error.
Then, like it was said, sent the switch in for repair and came back after a week.
Jokes on you, the bug is still there. The report also states that no errors were found. The Switch is now 12 days old and therefore still has the 2 year guarantee. Can I return the Switch to the store or is there any tip that can be used to fix the error?

If the error can't be resolved, then simply validate the guarantee.
I've already been there, but unfortunately didn't bring anything: /
Then it makes no sense if the switch was already being repaired. Simply exchange for a new device.
