I can't get in with Fallguys (ps4)?

I bought the Fallguys game on Ps4 yesterday. Whenever I'm on the loading screen, ps + is suggested to me, I just can't get out of it. I press circle, then I'm back in the loading screen and then the same thing comes up again. Does anyone know why. (I've already tried to restart everything, but it doesn't work)

Fall Guys is a multiplayer game and you need PSN + for that.
