Pit entry Monte Carlo F1 2020 PS4 not possible?

I play the game in career mode. At the race in Monte Carlo, I can't go into the pit lane despite being asked. What can that be?

How do you not get into the pit lane? What happens to them when you drive in there?

I can't even drive in… The vehicle can only be steered straight ahead. Hasn't been a problem in any of the other races so far
