Resident Evil 6 problems with the co-op mode?

I only got Resident Evil 6 for the Ps4. I wanted to play co-op now, but when I start it always comes an error code, even though I'm connected to the internet all the time. Did you have that at the game or something? Error code is (NP-31887-7)
