I have a question for you. A few days ago I got a shark card for gta 5 PS4 and redeemed it on the PlayStation Store. Only I don't see any of the money in my character and now I don't know how to activate and use the card correctly. Can you help me with that? I would be very grateful for your help
I think you have to wait a bit first, because Rockstar is known to be not particularly fast with transactions that bring you money and otherwise write to support. According to Rockstar, you should only do the latter after 24 hours.
You can also try activation again in the game in the online pause menu and there you can then activate a card. (at least with the PC, that's why I just assume it)
Well, that's the way it is for me. I tried it in the game on PS4 today and it said that I had already redeemed the code, but I don't see any of it in the game
As I said, it is often enough to wait 20 minutes and, according to the support, you should only contact us after 24 hours…
