Dead by daylight PS4 hooks can't be sabotaged?

Since the 2nd week I noticed that sabotaged hooks respawn immediately after sabotage‼ ️ No matter which hook! What's that about?! ALWAYS when I sabotage a hook, turn around briefly, Zack it is back immediately! The damn hook will spawn again within 1-3 seconds🤬! I'm so annoyed about that! Is it just me or someone knows the problem?!

Because hooks don't go away all the time. They spawn again after a certain time. It's bug or something.

It's clear, but they don't spawn immediately after you remove them.
