On the PS4 you have Spotify "Premium". You can hear all the songs there, but with a little advertising. Can you somehow manage to get this feature on my Samsung Galaxy A50? I signed in with the same account, but it doesn't work. Is there any possibility?
Premium is also on ps4 without ads. If you have ads, you don't have premium.

Ok from the beginning again. You say yourself that you don't have a premium on the ps4 so it is logically not possible to load premium on your mobile phone. The difference, however, is that you can skip songs on ps4 as often as you want and sometimes have advertising, whereas on the mobile phone advertising is always after 30 minutes and you can only skip 5 times an hour.
I generally recommend downloading songs because the advertising is extremely annoying on mobile phones.
