Voice chat in Fortnite doesn't work on the Ps4 Why?

My voice chat in Fortnite doesn't work, I don't know why, because I can talk normally in PS4 parties and hear my friends, but when I start Fortnite I don't hear any more and my friends don't hear me either. I have also often made redesign and push to talk off and turned on the voicecaht, but nothing worked. Incidentally, I also have parental controls on the Ps4, maybe it has something to do with it.
