Otherwise, I would say, if you can sign up as CEO, then do it! Fill your warehouse with boxes or cars and get the goods out. Or be somewhere employees of a CEO company. Or with night clubs, motorcycle club etc.
Complete the daily goals and watch for events. Do time trials or do simple jobs. Sale to need a few more cars.
I would appreciate anything that comes to my mind. Heists, CEO, nightclub, motorcycle club, bunker jobs, etc. Are just the best stuff so far I think, next to the events.
Take Hydra / Lazer and play Headhunter Missions (CEO). $ 25k in 90 seconds. After that wait a few minutes and then the same again. Trains uncommonly the flight skills.
