How can I link my stream element layout to my ps4?

I would like to stream on my PS4 with my stream element layout.

Is that possible? And if so how?

I know there's an app on the PS4 that I can stream with. Find the layout very boring.

And if: Is there a website where I can host my PS4 stream?

My PC is not that powerful.

This will not work, but you need a capture card to transfer the video signal to the pc and from there you can then edit the layout
