How much air circulation does a PS4 need?

Have a TV lowboard which is closed at the front, but has four holes for cables on the back. Would that be enough to keep the PS4 from overheating? If not, would it work if the holes were enlarged a little or several holes drilled in?

It would be better to use a hole saw attachment for the drill for the holes.

Or make holes with a jigsaw.
