Playstation plus play only on an account playable?

my Playstation plus has recently expired when I wanted to make a new subscription I have created a new account and me since logged in now I have the problem that I can no longer play the monthly games I downloaded to my old account because I'm told that I again specifically on this account PS plus need (my account with PS plus is on primary)

I have explained it a bit confusing but if anyone understood and can help me I would be very grateful

You can play primarily only ps plus games if you're on the acc ps plus customer
