Can you transfer Ultimate Chicken Horse from Steam to PlayStation?

Hi, I used to buy the game Ultimate Chicken Horse for 15 euro or so on my PC in Steam and also have access to this Steam account. But now I don't have a PC at the moment and would like to play it again, but it costs 17 euro on the PlayStation. Can I somehow transfer the game from Steam to the PlayStation so I don't have to spend any money?

There are apparently some titles on the Xbox that you can play on PC, etc. Once you've bought them.

Otherwise you always have to buy a game individually for each console / PC.
