Good games for pc and consoles?

I'm looking for good games for pc and consoles, so Xbox and Playstation what I don't like are anime games or something like that. What I have (in bold is what I'm currently playing) Sorry if I made a mistake

I can still recommend Gold Rush: The Game, it's a very awesome game. You are a gold digger in Alaska looking for gold to get rich. At the beginning you wash with the manual HogPan and a few buckets at the end you can fill entire washing systems with large excavators, just like it is in real life. Here is a trailer of the game:

There are day and night cycles as well as weather events that affect the game and what will happen next. In summer it gets hot because the water will evaporate away, so you have to provide water beforehand and in winter everything will freeze to ice.

It is also possible that gold or objects are stolen from you or the pickup breaks and has to be repaired. You have to be able to pay the lease and all other ancillary costs every time.

So you have to plan really smartly how you can wash a lot of gold as cheaply and efficiently as possible in order to make maximum profit. Successful gold diggers get rich and get more claims and move on, whereas gold diggers who are less successful always deny making ends meet and, if necessary, help themselves out with a loan.

So there's a lot of planning involved in the game, so it's a business game, it's so cool.
