PS4 slim drive does not accept CDs and tries to feed CD at startup?

I bought a PS4 Slim on eBay and whenever I start it, it tries to get a disc that does not exist. If I want to put a disc in, she will not be drafted. If I use the trick of compressing the disc on startup, the disc will be retracted but will not be recognized. And since a power failure, the drive sometimes spins. For example, Does it make the same noise after a while as when it started (so it would move disc so) and sometimes it says "Unsupported Disc".
