Differences between the two Minecraft games?

I've been playing Minecraft on the PC for a long time now I want to play it on the Ps4 too, there are 2 minecraft games for the Ps4, what are the differences between the two? I'm looking for a Minecraft game where you can go in creative mode and get the latest versions installed there, e.g. The parrots or the different glass colors.

The one on the left seems to be the bedrock edition. They are available on Android, iOS, Windows 10 and Xbox one, you can then play together with the people.

PS4 edition is just ps4 edition.
